第一张全长专辑《安福大厅》发布后，和平和浪度过了每天都跟律动与和声交手的四年，也终于磨合好了新阵容以及不同以往的演出形式。于是就在这样一个分割过去和未来的 2023 年夏天，他们决定用一张小巧的迷你专辑来讲述一个夜晚，这个夜晚由不同时间和空间拼贴而成，这些故事包含了他们无聊，荒诞，有趣且重复的日常。 在整张EP制作过程中，和平和浪吸收了包括Underground Hip-hop, Spoken Words, Indie R&B等新颖音乐元素，并用他们一贯擅长的轻松方式，凝练出了存在于每天生活点滴的松弛节奏。 Peace&Wave has its own version of Exodus during the past 4 years since our first album <Anfu Dating> hitting the shelf. It’s been the 4 years that we struggled and drilled with grooves and vibes, with sounds and notes, with high and lows, and of course, with do and donts. Additionally, due to the 4 years, we lived out the past and envisioned the bespoke arrays ready for the show, the music, and the life. To memorize the time and tribute to the spectrum of joys, in this scorching and humit 2023 summertime of welcoming the new and relieving the old, Peace&Wave portrays each nights in the form of music packed in a brand new mini album, sharing the story happened in every night from everyone: a night mirrors in the collage of time and space; a night reflects in the montage of bore and fun; a night duplicates norms into warmth. With such a stagnant but evolving curve of giving birth to the music, Peace&Wave immersed in the sea of underground Hip-Hop, Spoken Words, Indie R&B, etc., so as to swim towards their track and play the god damn chill out in their god damn witty way. This glass of dew enchants as we chanson in the every beautiful, simple days.
