David and Lucas have been friends since kindergarten and have been making music together since they were freshman in high school. Over the years, their love for music has helped keep their friendship strong, even as their lives have brought them to separate parts of the country. Coast to Coast is a collection of a their favorite original songs from the past 14 years. In addition to currently teaching high school music in upstate New York, Lucas has performed with various groups around the country, including the Santa Fe Desert Chorale in New Mexico and New Jersey's Zephyr Vocal Ensemble, and Essential Voices USA. David has used his guitar to promote the principles of sustainable agriculture, garnering thousands of YouTube hits for his Permaculture Song, and has performed live on the mainstage at the Whole Earth Festival with his band in Davis, CA.
