gímaldin spent the years between 2005 and 2009 in St. Petersburg, Russia, doing research. Sungið undir radar is the outcome of all the various and extreme influences he took in. In 2009 he came back to a collapsed Iceland and a shattered world view, the remaining lyrics couldn´t but be affected by it. In whole it is supposed to be entertaining and at the same time; thought-provoking material.
