Featuring classical musician Zachary Johnson on acoustic guitar & soprano Sarah Workman on vocals, MiTunes(R) is an original, innovative approach to Postpartum Stress & Distress awareness, prevention & bridge to treatment. MiTunes(R) includes 15 traditional children's melodies with lyrics tailored to Post-birth recovery and adjustment, plus two original PPDistress screening and treatment tunes, "You Are Not Alone" and "Fake it 'Til You Make It," with music and lyrics by Sarah and Zach.
