Chandler Baldwin recorded his debut EP in June of 2009 in a small studio in Griffin, GA at 17 years old. The album is a reflection of his feelings of rejection by loved ones and anxiety over his future. Though the music portrays a mood of contentment, the lyrics prove otherwise. The album is rightfully named Sleepless, due to the dreams and thoughts that kept Chandler up at night. "These songs really helped me to get through one of the toughest times of my life," says Chandler, "and constantly playing the songs live really makes me feel like I have defeated it!" While this album was written for him personally, he hopes that it can also inspire others to overcome their hardships.
