LOONEY MACK

Toby D. Norwood, known by his stage name Looney Mack, is an American, rapper, songwriter and entrepreneur. Mack was born in Los Angeles. Mack’s father, an aspiring singer/performer, was a major influence on Mack’s interest in music. The passing of both his parents within a relatively short period of time of each other marked a significant life's direction for a young Mack. He took to life on LA's south central streets, a life style that would introduce him into a world that was much different and downward spiraling from the family life for which he was accustomed. From there, he turned to music for solace and inspiration. His music desire and ambition was and is everlasting; he works every free moment composing songs or performing with others. His first solo release was ‘Ice Cube’. Many of Mack’s lyrics reflect Los Angeles’ street life with highlights of west coast’s music influence.
