Gangsta Mak Album is the Debut Album of Luxury Jonez after 6 years of incarceration; this album is a heavy West Coast sounding Album, with a strong North West persona. The name Gangsta Mak comes from the West Coasts reputation for Gangs, and the Mak comes from Portland, Oregon’s reputation for Pimps and Players. Luxury Jonez has infused these two sounds and lifestyles to bring you what he calls his Gangsta Mak Album. This Album began with the core of Larry Jayy’s beats and grew from there. The sound is strongly West Coast with a Portland Twist.

Luxury Jonez hail’s from Portland, Oregon. A place that is a melting pot of Las Angeles, The Bay Area California, and its own pimp player culture all rolled into a melting pot of sounds and points of view. This Album was recorded at the Oregon State Penitentiary in a cell on a BR-80 recording device. If this is what you get from a cell, imagine what is to come when Luxury Jonez is released from his confinement on June 16th 2017.
