Supernova, in short, is about spreading light. It's about hope - and faith, Identity and sincerity. The album was written to be honest and transparent - varying in style, but consistent in concept. Though Mitchell is only 21, he has been in music for the past ten years as a performer, background singer, songwriter, and record label owner. Mitchell is CEO of Full Gospel Records, the largest Gospel recording label in the state of Florida. Mitchell has opened for Grammy award winning artist, Chrisette Michelle - and shared the stage with Trin-i-tee 5:7, Damita Haddon, Day 26, Preshea Hilliard, and many more. During the past four years he has been honored to be featured on The Hillel Choir's album entitled "The Experience", and to be a featured artist and writer on Music World Gospel's Most Powerful Voices Vol. 1 Album, which also features Juanita Bynum, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Ted Winn, and Micah Stamply - and is available in Walmart stores everywhere. To his credit, he has received a plethora of Gospel Music Awards and Award nominations as well as awards for his literature and songwriting. Mitchell has written and produced with some of his favorite artist over the past ten years, and in addition to being CEO of Full Gospel Records, is currently the director of The Legendary Souls A' Fire Gospel Choir, at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
