简介
This song was written about the iraq war,but could easily be about the problems any 2 people would face in any war. It first appeared n a book of poems called 'Isn't It Romantic'. It was performed on the 3rd anniversary of the war at the Hammerstein Ballroom by Mark and Michael Stipe- "Michael Stipe headlined the bill, singing with a band including the former Smashing Pumpkins guitarist James Iha, the singer-songwriters Joseph Arthur and Mark Mulcahy, and members of the British world-music project One Giant Leap. They played Mr. Mulcahy's "Don't Talk Crazy" and Mr. Arthur's "In the Sun"; the band was fairly well prepared, but Mr. Stipe's solemn performance meandered as he sang from lyric sheets." It's an anti war-pro love song.
