简介
Beer:30 is the first album recorded by Felonious Monk. All songs were written by Toby Johnston, and the album was produced by Larry Johnston and Toby Johnston for Shark Records and Shark Entertainment Productions. It is a variation on influential styles long loved and listened to by the band. Felonious Monk members call themselves a GenreRock band due to their passion and love of many different styles and genres of music. A little bit of everything with a Rockin Roll spin! The album also contains the song "I Wanna Thank You" written by the band after surviving the May 22nd 2011 tornado that ripped through Joplin Missouri killing 161 people. The band was rehearsing at the time of the storm and ended up in the bathroom of Toby's house. They wrote the song as a dedication to the thousands of volunteer's from all over the country and the world that lent a helping hand to help Joplin and it's community recover. "We came a long way in a very short time and could not have done it without all the volunteer's and we wanted to show them our appreciation! However words can never explain what it means!" Says the band.
