Through his many recordings Bruce Abbott is known primarily as a jazz saxophonist and flutist. When he played a Native American flute made by Miguel Medina of Singing Tree Flutes it was love at first breath. The Native American flute possesses a soulful sound that is meditative, relaxing, uplifting and inspiring. It speaks knowingly to something deep within our ancient and collective memories.
