MoNL Music (Museum of Natural Lyric-acy) is a movement of New York native artists and producers from Brooklyn and Queens, who are dedicated to bringing back real hip-hop. The essence of hip-hop is in the collective consciousness: consciousness of the society we live in, and consciousness of our thoughts and actions in our society. MoNL's productions are out to hit the clubs and the radio, make people dance, and also send a powerful message. MoNL is out to show that when you get to the essence of hip-hop, you're no longer bound by the market's limitations. You're no longer "mainstream," or "underground," or "RnB" or "conscious hip-hop"... you're everything. You're hip-hop.
