You may have seen him on the Stellar Gospel Music Awards or on stage playing with the Canton Spirituals, Paul Porter and The Christianaires, Evelyn Turrentine-Agee or the Bolton Brothers; but before becoming guitarist for these artists, Rodrick "Ready Rod" Jones was the front man for the family group Brotherly Love. Brotherly Love is a gospel group consisting of brothers; Carlous Chambers, Blanton Jones and Rodrick Jones along with their father Rev. Odale Jones, their nephew Justin Chambers, Gerald "Junior" Hopkins, Martin Howard, Levern Floyd, Levar Brown and Byron Thompson.
