This charity album is in aid of the Rousse Ecole orphanage in Jacmel, Haiti. The majority of the children living at Rousse Ecole were victims of the 2010 earthquake between the ages of 1 and 16. The aim of Zanmi An Ayiti is to provide a better standard of living for the children of the orphanage. Transparency For Haiti, the charity who put in a lot of hard work for Rousse Ecole, are still pushing around the clock to help the town and its people achieve a breath of fresh air. With some excellent new music on show, this is a great way to celebrate the fantastic work put in by John Gillespie and Transparency For Haiti, whilst raising some much needed funds for the orphanage. With tracks provided by himself, John has gathered the best local and international bands for the project. From electro DJs to unsigned Glasgow bands, this array of new music is something for all involved to be proud of. So let's get behind the album and remember the great cause.
