Austin Boggs is a hard working blue collar American. He started out his music career when he formed his own Bluegrass Band back in 2004. From there it has been a very interesting ride for him. He has played oversees in Scotland and Germany and nearly every state in the U.S. He lived in Nashville where he learned to craft his songwriting and learned how to work in the studio recording music. The flood hit Nashville and he lost his job and Austin had to move back to his hometown of Wise, VA to start working in the coal industry. Austin is a fourth generation Coal Miner and worked underground until he was laid off in July, 2015. Thru the years of working underground he has grown a huge respect for the Hard Working Blue Collar Americans. All of this is what fueled the songwriting process for the new album, Blue Collar Nation.
