ABOUT AISLINN Aislinn Sharp is an Australian singer/songwriter on keyboard based in her home city of Brisbane. Studying oboe at the Queensland Conservatorium as a teenager, Aislinn also began writing and performing contemporary songs for voice and piano as a different and more creative and contemporary form of self-expression. As an original artist, Aislinn’s music is best described as POP, crossing over into a range of other genres including Dance, R'n'B, and Hip-Hop. Aislinn's first EP, ON THE COUCH was supported and played on community radio stations across Australia as an AMRAP AirIT Unsigned Artist. Her fifth single, ALONE (BYE, BYE) went #1 on the Triple J Unearthed Chart. Aislinn is currently recording her first album, ON THE CUSP. This will include her upcoming Dance/Hip-Hop single, THE WALL, featuring World Champ Beat Boxer, JOEL TURNER. Looking ahead, Aislinn is excited about sharing her music with new audiences, and connecting with supporters both locally in Australia and internationally. In terms of music acts that inspire her music, Aislinn would love to record and collaborate with UK electronic soul group, Rudimental.
