Liberty Leg formed in 1999 in Iowa City, IA. They later moved down to New Orleans and moved back to Iowa before the floodwaters could get the best of them. They are currently out in the countryside of Iowa, recording their new record which will be out this Fall. "Way Back When" spans three years (2000-2003) taken from three separate sessions recorded in Iowa City and New Orleans.
