While JC's roots are in the deep southern state of Louisiana, he calls the San Francisco Bay Area home. Born to sing, he's been in love with music since before he knew what it was called. From his debut public performance at the age of 8, JC has always kept his focus on his first love, music. "Some people say that if they lost their arms and legs they wouldn't want to live anymore. Well, for me, if I lost my voice that would be it. As long as I can carry a tune, I can make it through anything." JC's self-titled EP blends a variety of styles into a fluid production that takes you from the very first kiss to the very last dance; not to mention the party that goes on in between. "I'm all about deep emotions. Happiness is a great feeling, probably the best in the world. But can you tell me one moment of happiness that ever amounted to the thick ooze of the blues? Or what about the nervous euphoria that exists when you meet that person to whom you would desperately devote your entire life in an instant, and feel lucky to do it?
