This album has not yet been reviewed, but listeners of previous efforts (Prisoner of the Shadows and Old Vienna) have drawn comparisons to Bach, Elgar, and an obscure Russian composer I never heard of.....that isn't too meaningful, since I don't read music and have had very little formal training. There are reviews of the previously-mentioned CD's on CDBaby, which may be helpful in determining whether you want to take a chance on Anachronicity....I think you should.
