Founded in Manteno, IL in 2003, Kalidostar Studios has been pulling together local talent to perform affordable family entertainment. Over the past few years we've been confined to garages, but this year we have much bigger plans. This album, Dreamcatcher, is one of the first steps in our plans! Dreamcatcher is a completely original album written by Abby Denault, Brandon Provost, and Jeff Hall. It features 14 new tracks with 2 solo songs per artist and 10 group songs. As is tradition with Kalidostar we perform a live show every summer with this years show focusing on the Dreamcatcher album. All proceeds from CD sales are going towards the budget of the show, and all proceeds from the live show this August '09 are going towards a charity in the Kankakee, IL area. We like to perform, but we love to perform for a cause!

The music on this album is a blend of all the music we love. There are a lot of Rock, Pop, Electronic, and even R&B sounds mixed into this album. Some of are largest Musical influences are Journey, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Kansas, Celine Dion, and Lady Gaga (just to name a few). Our music and performance style reflects all of these great musicians while all in the same we like to think that what we have is something new. We don't want to be held down by a specific genre and see ourselves as a blend of many different styles kind of like how a caliedoscope is a blend of different colors yet they work together to make a wonderful piece of art.
