Biography Bio Romero Wyatt Romero Wyatt was given his first drum at the age of six from his mother, where he fell in love with music and entertainment at a very young age. He was greatly influence by Afro - Cuban and African, and Jazz, Gospel, and World cultural music, including today’s urban styles of music and he has a great respect and love for composing meditative music for relaxation and winding down. Romero is a percussionist and percussion instructor and music producer, studio engineer, and the owner of Drumtalk39 Entertainment LLC and Trusounds recording studio. Romero has tour the world, this is his third production of “Crowns” Directed by Ken Roberson. 2009 He has performed Crowns with Regina Taylor and Marion J. Caffey, along side musical director e’Marcus Harper. Working as the percussionist and creative team member for the productions and shows creating all of the percussion and drum parts for the shows scenes and choregraphy he has now around 500 shows under his belt working with broadway directors and off broadway directors. He was the drummer for the Diana Washington Story (“Dina Was”). Romero is also the drummer for Zion Baptist church at 16th and Blageden Ave NW. Washington DC. Romero sound design and created the music for the fable Mufaro’s Beautiful Daughters which opened at Imagination stage in Bethesda MD. And the sound designer engineer for the movie painted smiles and also the sound designer engineer for the movie Expendable. TV credits include BET net work. Romero has performed for and worked with many of the legendary choreographers and recording artist such as Katherine Dunham, Leo Pomade, Alvin Ailey, Carmen de Lavalado, Pearl premise, Donald Fagan, and many others. Musical artist include Jerry butler Ice man, Nat turner, Earth Wind & Fire, Bobby Lyle, Sketches, and Marcus Johnson, and other’s.
