Evans Ogboi is anointed gospel artiste with a passion to touch the heart of God and reach millions around the world through his music. He started his musical career at age13 and has grown over the years to become a prolific musician with a sound from heaven. He has been actively involved in music for over 11 years now. He majors in music productions, presently the CEO Simplicity Records. Haven worked with countless artiste including some of Nigeria's best gospel artiste such as Olufunmi, Aniete,Segun Obe, Ben Bamidele and Babyz heart just to mention a few, he has risen to become one of the best music producers in the Nigerian music industry. As for skills, he plays the drums as primary instrument and keyboards as secondary, with an outstanding voice that can not be denied. He has organized concerts, trained choirs and performed along side many artistes. He is presently the music director (Rehoboth International Christian Centre). In 2007, He released his debut album MIRACLE which remains one of the most outstanding records which hit the music industry of Nigeria. The album has a blend of African/traditional into contemporary, with other expressions in styles such as rock r&b and classical.
