Mr.21 (Hardcore Chicano Gansta Rapper) is a San Jose "City of Sharks" native. He has been rappin ' since the age of 21 / thus coming up with the name "MR.21".

Co-founder of the indi label Criminal Records. Together, along with Traficante, Tekpot, Scrilla Mac & Fada J the label has released 10 solid albums. These include 3 of Mr.21's own; DOS XX "The Most Hated", Mr.21 "Mexican Phobia" & now this soon 2 be yours Mr.21 "Devil's Advocate". This album also features C-Locs & Raulie Baron
