A striking notion that hits me when listening to the cd is the quality of each song. If you weren’t aware that this was a sophomore effort, you could fool a listener into thinking this was a greatest hits record by a band that has 5+ releases under their belts. Each song is THAT GOOD. Even the classic rock and roll records have had a track or two that ends up getting skipped for not being up to par but every single track on “Crazy In The Head”, is good enough to be a hit single. The Three Bad Jacks refused to throw in any “filler” tracks and the end result is 13 songs that make up what I would honestly consider to be in the top 20 greatest rock and roll records of all time.
