When I first began this project it was a way to utilize some of the countless song themes that run through my head. As I reviewed a few other cd's that were geared toward relaxation & meditation I realized a couple of things; They were definitely relaxing and non-intrusive but the musician in me felt a want for more melody & dynamics.

Considering that the seasons, human emotional states, even life itself is a cycle of ebb & flow...I felt that true music for the mind should have the same pulse. It should lead you beside still waters, lay you down in green fields, take you through the shadows in the valley and up to the breath taking views of the mountain summit. It should be like an imaginary sojourn from the breaking of a new day to the settling peace of nightfall. My wish is that this project will be a restoring balm for your soul.
