Poppy singer-songwriter music with slick vocal harmonies and sparkly guitar riffs. Similar sound to artists such as Paolo Nutini and Vance Joy, with classic influences as well, such as Cat Stevens, and probably more similarities than intended to the music of McBusted. Conveying the feelings of being a distressed and average teenager in more depth than most, with the lead single 'Way Back Home' being inspired by failure stories of singer-songwriters, and the daunting dream of trying to make it in the music industry.
