When the Gypsy Rides again is the title track from the upcoming album of the same name by Doug Phillips. Doug has been signed to major labels and is known as the "Grand Ole Man of 'Rock and Roll". He got his start in St. Lous and has five decades of experience with Arista, MCA and Bear Records. He has opened for many National Acts and is making his mark with his next solo album, 'When The Gypsy Rides Again' out in July of 2014.
