Throughout May 2015, Visible Music College Chicago student performers will be on their inaugural Midwestern tour! The tour will begin in Memphis, TN at the "Visible in May" event celebrating the 15 year anniversary of Visible Music College. The tour will include performances in Memphis, Indianapolis, NW Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. The mid west tour will conclude at the historic Ford Hanger in Lansing, IL the home of Visible Music College Chicago. The Lansing Association of Community Events (L.A.C.E.) is partnering with the College for the finale tour concert which will be a huge community event that will kickoff the summer events for Lansing and surrounding communities. Shows will include songs from artists like Carrie Underwood, for King & Country, Hillsong Young & Free, Needtobreathe, The Afters, The Black-Eyed Peas, and Jesus Culture along with the original music of the EP that will be recorded this April. The recording is lined up to happen at Gravity Studios in Chicago, IL. This will be Visible Chicago's second project with Gravity. Doug McBride, along with the awesome staff at Gravity recorded the first song that was released in December 2014 at the Rock and Roll Christmas Show in Lansing, IL. A second song rounding out the Christmas EP was recorded at Free Flight Studio in Hobart, IN under the care of owner and engineer Fred Norris. This new album will explore sounds ranging from full band high energy rock to reflective acoustic pop highlighting solo artistry.
