About Island Earth Music: Island Earth Music is an independent record label focused on becoming a home for the most talented artist around. They provide the materials and man power necessary for their musicians to produce the top product possible. Founded in 2011, IEM was originally made up of the Villebillies and Elephant Room. CEO, Shaun Wilson, who had been working with the Villebillies for some time spent countless hours developing the independent record label with Dustin “Tuck” Tucker, Demi Demaree, and B.J. Young. IEM went on to develop the names of such acts as the Bass Drum Aliens, Josh Woods, and Iron Bells. In their short existence they have maintained success in spite of not being advertised by mainstream media. A majority of the label's merchandise and album sales are via the Internet and merchandising booths at live performances. The label heavily relies on word of mouth, underground promotion techniques, and albums sold by their acts.
