Pott Street has been pushing Hip Hop forward in the Northern Territory since the group came together in the mid 1990's as the natural progression of a shared love of Hip Hop culture and music between close friends growing up on the same street in Darwin, Pott Street. Comprising of 4 members with 4 distinct styles, Fliz, ‘O’ Zee, Gusto and Dizzle, create a sound that can simply be described as unique within the Australian Hip Hop community. Ever confident and curious in their recordings, Pott Street is not shy when it comes to utilizing all forms of instrumentation, hardware & software to create timeless sounds delivered with a laid back ease and fresh flow typical of the classic Darwin lifestyle. Pott Street’s live shows are always a raucous affair and are well known amongst the NT Hip Hop scene having performed packed shows at many venues across Darwin & the Northern Territory. Pott Street are a multi-skilled Indigenous Hip Hop group who are entirely self-produced including writing, recording, mixing & mastering their music in-house at the Pott Street Studio. The Pott Street team also shoot & design their own album artwork, flyers, posters and music videos and utilize many social networks & online platforms to promote the band throughout Australia and internationally.
