Saxophonist Carsten Sindvald is ready with his latest CD, Moonscape. The CD is to be released 2016 as a physical CD and on most major digital platforms during. On the CD exclusively built around original compositions and arrangements, Carsten Sindvald excels on both saxophones and piano/keyboard. The CD is recorded and produced by Dave Hennessy, who previously produced for the entire 3 Grammy winners. In addition to having responsibility for the CD´s technical part, Dave also contributes on guitar, drums, percussion and soundscapes.

Since the CD is richly instrumented and incorporates elements from jazz, tango, flamenco and classical chamber music, a fair number of musicians known from both traditional classical and popular contexts are contributing including violinist and concertmaster in the Odense Symphony Orchestra, Bjarne Hansen, guitarist Jesper Sivebæk known from Scandinavia Guitar Duo and the Irish guitarist Richard Farrelly.

Although originally trained as a classical saxophonist from The Royal. Danish Academy of Music Carsten works as an organist at the Odense Valgmenighedskirke and 2. organist at Ansgar's Church in Odense on a daily basis. He has also functions as a freelance musician and composer and is conductor of the particular Odense Teaterkor. In addition to being a longtime assistant at the Odense Symphony Orchestra, he has performed as a soloist with conductors such as Jan Wagner, Jin Wang, Tamas Vetö and Gunnar Tagmose.
