This is german bassplayer Marius Goldhammers debut as a leader. It contains songs from all kinds of styles, a grooving mix of funk, jazz, electronika, pop and film-music, all based around his bassplaying, which you can already hear on hundreds of records. Being one of Germanys busiest session bassists for the last plus 20 years, he put all of his experience in this recording. Some of the finest german musicians joined him for the cd, including drummers Alex Vesper, Mario Garruccio and Stephan Emig, guitar wiz Bruno Mueller, sax/ flute monster Reiner Witzel, and keyboardists Xaver Fischer and Mathias Grosch.

The record was mixed and mastered in the famous "Soehne Mannheims"-studio facilities and is a must-have for lovers of hard grooving and hip sounds, all centered around one of europes deepest bassplayers, Marius Goldhammer.
