Katie G is a 12 year old Country singer, songwriter and musician. While other kids this summer were at sports practices and hanging at the pool with friends, Katie was hard at work in the studio writing new lyrics and rehearsing for her upcoming performances. Music is her passion and her favorite place to be is in the studio, writing and recording. Though she is just 12 years old, Katie G has built a local following for her heart felt original songs and music. She started playing guitar at 11 and has learned to appreciate hard work and practicing to perfect this talent. Her songs are written about experiences she has had and she has even penned a song for best selling author Sarah Price's trilogy - Plain Again. Katie G performs at local venues, fundraisers, coffee houses and talent shows. Her original songs are available on iTunes, Reverbnation, CD Baby, Google and Amazon. Her latest release, “Plain Again”, won her the Featured Artist spot on Reverbnation. While, "Pretty Good at Lying" landed Katie G honor of being named the Tween Girls Style Magazine Talent for 2013.
