The intention of "Positive Affirmations and Chakra Balancing" is to allow the Chakras to come to balance. This space allows for the release of stagnation and blocks that one is holding in their space. Spirit, Body and Mind can move forward, in unison, to follow the path of this current life's purpose. The Sound Healing was specifically composed for the Chakra Energy Centers by Uruguayan Composer, Wally Plada. The Meditation and Positive Affirmations were written and recorded by Californian Bay Area Clairvoyant Healer, Renee Rowe.
