LOS ANGELES, CA - Supreme bassist and all around veteran musician, Sekou Bunch, is soon to release a fresh adaptation of Michael Jackson’s “Beat It”. It is the first single of his upcoming tribute record aimed at celebrating the life of the late great entertainer. “Beat It” which features Hip Hop’s holistic figure Supa Nova Slom, is the signature song for the announcement of Sekou’s “GENERATIONS” project. As the executive producer, Sekou has taken eleven MJ classics and regenerated them into a new formula that pays homage to the late Pop Star. These timeless pieces have been re-designed for the modern ear. Sekou takes great pride in the group of gifted artists that he has recruited to help make “GENERATIONS” a colossal record. The public will get a taste, when the rap version of “Beat It” is globally released on the 15th of December. When asked to describe the track, Sekou said, “Supa Nova Slom performed how Michael would’ve performed.” It is the first single out of three that are planned for global release before the album is dropped early next year.
