Attending the Taxi Road Rally in Los Angeles in November 2014, Maggie met Nashville record producer, Fett, of Azalea Music. They embarked on pre-production for several months the following year, selecting the 5 songs to be included in the project, and exchanging ideas via phone calls and emails. Maggie, along with drummer Todd Zimberg, travelled from their home on Vashon Island in Washington state, to Nashville. There they spent 10 days recording the 5 songs, not to mention soaking up the Nashville atmosphere. Fett provided a group of world-class musicians for the project, all of whom handle the variety of styles and atmospheres with equal aplomb.
