Three tracks with an apparent theme of perpetual motion. "forward" is a tightly structured tech piece that grows relentlessly until the motion is clearly taking place on a dance floor. "backward" is indeed a driving slice of retro that feels entirely now. Keeping the restless energy, things move to a darker place on "Together" as small fragments overlap and then turn surreal with the addition of a spaced-out sermon.
