简介

WiseRap, born Paul Rafis—and a soul 1st. A proud father, son, a blessed brother, an uncle, a friend, and a soldier with a real message in the Hop Hop and music community for Life to be and get better. WiseRap was raised in North West London all of his life in a town called Kilburn, the town of Camden, plus many other NW London areas. Hard at his work always, WiseRap has been building up his professional repertoire as a musical artist since he was young and even more over the past few years. He has built up a staggering 25 original albums, along with several mixtapes under his old alias’ Meatman, Vulks, & his latest, WiseRap. He has been establishing himself as an artist in the music industry by creating and promoting his style of Hip Hop since 1994, when he started building his name through his message, work, recognition, and praise from the fans, communities, and music culture for all his beliefs, concept's, and wordplay. Back in 2011, WiseRap got admired by The Teacher KRS-One and was raved by Mellow Man Ace when he heard WiseRap’s “Watcher Remix” under his past alias, The Meatman. When asked how he adopted an alias such as the “Meatman,” WiseRap mentions, “I sorta’ got nicknamed that in our community as I yousta' work as a butcher serving CDs, looking after people, and working hard for years to build up my name and life, so it’s a must. I especially want to shout out John Line Butchers in Harrow Road. They were great at helping me promote and to let me have my poster up and give out 1000s of free music CD's while I worked in their premises from 2009 to late 2011, a very busy London shop.” On London Streets alone, WiseRap distributed over 80,000+ CD's in loads of different busy central London places, as well as at all barbershops in his communities.  He is also continuing to do of showcase's + shows now, and has been doing loads for many years in London. Over the past six years, WiseRap has been focusing on growth to build up his online global presence by promoting his WiseRap websites like www.WiseRap.COM, that eventually grew to him also establishing and owning www.WiseRap.CO.UK & www.WiseRap.NET where he has distributed over 2.4million free downloads on various mixtape's and free albums.  His music launches his "WiseRap" slogan, representing a better message that helps him grow as a man and a soul, making him be a better man and father; he says, “I always say in my music how proud I am of my daughter & I am to live by my message! Hence my evolution from ‘Meatman,’ or before that when I was known as ‘Vulks.’ My name "WiseRap" represents what I rap about to make me WiseRap, I have worked hard to build a global respected movement to be respected by great pioneer's here in UK and USA becoming a household name as a man of a message and a new era in the UK.” In 2013, WiseRap worked on two songs with Journalist (Former Motown Artist), and Now (Of Hardrout from Philly). They all collaborated on both songs, "Detox" and "Young World," which were amazing collaborations on all parties ends and can still be heard on peoples’ current playlists today. WiseRap has gotten shout outs in Dj Kay Slays Straight Stuntin Magazine (29), by Corporal A.K, from Farrock. WiseRap and Corporal A.K met in London back in 2013 with Billy Danze (of World Famous M.O.P), and The Sources Magazine's Courtney Brown. It was in the room where WiseRap & Cryptic met and told Billy Danze (of M.O.P) that they were keeping 2pac's spirit alive in London through great music with messages for a better change. WiseRap favored Corporal A.K in particular because he seemed to treat WiseRap with respect as a human' and they rapped some great bars (Lyrics) on roads in East London together. However, he also mentions how Corporal Asskick from Farrock was real and is a veteran who just won UMA 2014 Best Street album in USA. Then in 2014, WiseRap felt blessed to work on two other songs with Big Prodeje (of South Central Cartel); first when French Producer Trouchpac hooked up a song for free that they did on The New Kingdom album, which you can buy a physical copy of the CD on Amazon. In November of 2014, LL Cool J became a fan via a Twitter follow, along with Mr Chuck D (of Public Enemy). During this time as well, WiseRap speaks on how he was lucky to gain advice from Jerry Long (The G-Funk West Coast Legend) on some pointers for his own Hip Hop career. In May of 2014, WiseRap was featured in a joint UK newspaper article interview in the local papers of Brent & Kilburn Times with Onyx's very own Fredro Starr & Sticky. WiseRap enjoyed the interview but felt the papers left out a lot of facts about Hip Hop, Jay Z (whom he mentioned), and himself that he had stated. WiseRap says “Yae (Jay Z’s real half brother) asked me to meet Onyx, so I did. The main thing is to keep Hip Hop alive and it’s even mentioned in local press that it is hard nowadays as so many artists promote a wrong message while real Hip Hop isn’t given light.” Also in 2014, Prince Ak (from Jersey's 050boyz, pronounced OFifty) reached out to WiseRap from America to work on a song and WiseRap agreed because he knew of them and was a fan himself, so he then featured Prince Ak, Riq Da Kid & Tru Trilla (The Rap Trio From 050boyz) on The New Kingdom album that was released in 2014, making it was his 20th album. The collaboration and features were on a song called "Cut The Belly" and was done with a music video too. The song and video can both be found online and on his websites and other music sites. It all came about six months after WiseRap exposed Jay Z on a 53min mobile call recording that featured on his “commission 2 project” with an unknown producer Hi-IQ 17th album in 2014 with a phone call recording with YAE. Jay Z's real brother who speaks on 20 years of lost Hip Hop History of 2pac & B.I.G setups. WiseRap also has stated, “I WiseRap, state I only helped Yae get truth out for 2pac & Biggie Small's fans as they inspired me and so many in Hip Hop while many spoke crap. I have enjoyed creating so much music rapping for 18years, ready to be heard as a Global Artist, a voice for all human's. So it’s safe to say I, WiseRap, am a Certified message holder who has worked hard in London to reach an over sea's status from the culture of Hip Hop. Thank you for reading and really do hope you enjoy my lyrics as WiseRap. I am from Kilburn town, NW London, United Kingdom. I currently released my New God LP in 2014 on 4th of July and my The New Kingdom album was released on the 5th of November 2014, and my new Alchemy 7.83hz album/mixtape also came out at the end of January 2015.”  In March 2015, WiseRap released his 21st album, Take It To The Throne. This album was recorded over two weeks and done in a home studio so the quality was okay for the quick run but is still filled with amazing raw lyrics and rhythmic schemes. Then in April of 2015, WiseRap worked in Rogue Studio’s in South London for his New King album, that came out on July 23rd of 2015. WiseRap has also released a new visual for “Hip Hop” on Vevo that is from his 23rd album, Origin’s, that is a revolutionary album consisting of his beliefs, ways, and theories. Origin’s was released to all music stores and streaming sites on December 12th of 2015, and features two collaborations like track number 3 that is featured with Prodeje (of SCC) and was completed in a big studio this time. In 2016, WiseRap released his 24th album, The Renaissance, featuring 12 tracks of visionary raw and real hip hop rhythmic lyrical flow. All leading up to his latest release of his new M.U.M album in April of 2017; and has already been played all around the world through his amazing and loyal network of artists and fans. M.U.M is definitely something new and awakening for the world to hear because of the real lyrical and spiritual messages, banging beats, and amazing features from artists in UK and over in USA. WiseRap doesn’t ever take too long of a break after a release because he is already back in the studios working on his new album that has no set release date at the moment but will be called, 33. This album will also feature impactful messages and have some more great collaborations. Message from WiseRap: “Love to all for support, music is my way to speak real and give back by way of my message. #WiseRap, I, have been out on streets with new M.U.M album CDs and meeting so many great souls who still support Hip Hop with a message. New music & video's for this album coming 2017.”
