As a little girl in Germany, Anne loved to watch Cowboy Movies, and her heart would melt when songs were included in the film. Later she was inspired by Elvis Presley, although she didn't understand a word he was singing. At the age of 9, Anne mastered the Horn and then the trumpet, and later she started writing Country Music song-lyrics. She drew her inspiration from the greats, including Johnny Cash, George Jones, Willie Nelson, George Strait, Dolly Parton, Tammy Wynette and others. In 2012 she wrote and recorded "Missing You" for a special person in her life who had become her inspiration, and had encouraged her writing. She now presents "Dreaming about You", co-written with U.K. songwriter Vic Holdroyd. Anne describes this song as a Country-Soul ballad, in which she expresses her heartfelt feelings for that special someone. We hope you will enjoy it.
