When Jazz and Blues vocalist Deborah Dicembre and Jazz pianist Kevin Hunt decided to get together and put down some duo tracks to pay homage to some great tunes and their long standing collaborative relationship, 'The Outstanding Standard Duo ' , was born. This title consists of 7 tracks from the earthy 'A Train', to the fluid, 'If I Were A Bell ',to the commanding 'Muddy Water'. Softly they caress you with 'You Go To My Head'. Terry Fator, winner of America You've Got Talent and a man touted by Simon Cowell on the Oprah Winfrey show as being one of THE top two entertainers in the world today, said recently in his Hit Las Vegas show at the Mirage, ' This lady has a very very good voice. You should get on line and buy her CD's!' Terry is not a man who gives out praise lightly. Both Jazz luminaries, Mark Isaacs and Simon Tedeschi have commented likewise, ' Deborah is my favourite Jazz vocalist'

Kevin Hunt , equally praised and accomplished has been the right hand man for Don Burrows for over 15 years, played on his own original recordings, given us a wonderful take on Bach , and is a member of Tree, the trio with Drummer David Jones and Bass Player Steve Hunter.

Together Deborah and Kevin recorded , 'He Hears Me '. A now world renowned Gospel outing, famed for it's originality and authenticity. Now , with 'The Outstanding Standard Duo' , they have reconvened to give us that two out magic again. An intimacy that is palpable, a connection that you'll here with your soul as the tracks roll through.
