Morris Goldberg was born in Cape Town South Africa, and grew up listening to indigenous music and American jazz. He is a featured artist on Paul Simon's Graceland album - pennywhistle solo on "You can Call Me Al". He was also the woodwind specialist on the Rosie O'Donnell Show for its six year duration. This album features Anton Fig on drums - David Letterman Show, Bakithi Kumalo, bass and Tony Cedras keyboards, of Graceland fame. The songs are uplifting celebrations of the South African American connection called "Safrojazz". There are two vocals featuring Branice McKenzie.
