The first time for something can always be hard and hard it was to adjust completely to a different lifestyle in a new place. I thought that the feelings I felt would never be felt in a way it manifested itself. The outcome however, is that, through hard times of loneliness and feeling down, the chance to be noticed by true friends becomes evident. This is how I met two people I deeply admire; I am grateful for their willingness to get me out of the hole I was in and bring me to a place where I felt comfortable to open up. Thanks to them, I feel like I am at a home away from home and I can live comfortably and confidently that there are people who genuinely care for me.
