Brave Face is Tillia's first solo project. The songs are each specifically crafted from experiences and the journeys she has navigated and learned from. She has loved music since the day she heard her first line. She grew up in a big family and got started in her family Bluegrass band. Eventually she began writing and working on some solo projects after the bluegrass group disbanded. Her music style varies greatly. She does a variety of originals, and covers and keeps her music clean and soulful. Her favorite genre's are Indy Pop, Folk, and Soul, and her music is a range between all of them. "I'm Just a girl with a dream and a passion...Music that people can relate to on a deeper level. My mission is to touch hearts and souls. If even one person can relate to one line in my song and it strengthens a heart, soothes an ache, or just makes you think harder, then I'm content! The truth is we're all broken in some way or another, it's ok to not be ok. And really that's what it comes down to for me, healing.
