Talking About Love" is a new single by Sapporo-based artist Ruto Kasahara, who is attracting a great deal of attention as a new generation of R&B/soul singer, and is the third release in the surf soul series following "Yururirara" in 2022 and "Saki E" in 2023, with a sea theme in mind. The third release in the Surf Soul series, 'Talking About Love' is the third in the series, , and is based on raw sound by the two trackmakers buzy. The summery tracks incorporate chill beats, R&B and reggae, while the soulful vocals flow like waves in a love song.

The surf music compilation 'SALT...meets ISLAND CAFE -Sea of Love-' is supervised by the new magazine 'SALT...', which proposes new values of beach lifestyle and surf culture.
