All the tracks on this CD were written in Alberta during my years as a rancher. Most are based upon stories told to me by local cowboys, farmer friends and ranchers who lived in the area. All the songs on this album are written and performed by Kevin Dunn. Kevin ranched in Alberta Canada for may years before moving to the coast to spend more time writing songs. "Gravel Road" the title track is based upon one mans story about when he left the ranch just outside Sylvan Lake Alberta "Maggie's truck Stop" From a tail told by a trucker friend. "Full grown Woman" Written for great cowboy and a close friend who lost his way and his family.
