Songs That Should Have made us famous is the compilation Daniel Wulz's former bands and solo work. It is a tribute to the great bandmates and early songwriting of the bands. At age 17 Daniel Wulz stepped into the recording studio for the first time with vocalist Justin Reckenbecker, drummer Preston Ferguson and bassist James Wulz. Forming the Band My Backyard, they set out to write music that resembled a classic rock style with a modern appeal in the album titled "A face in the crowd". After a couple years Daniel Wulz teamed up with Preston Ferguson again as well as Vocalist Jared Bousquet and Bassist Devon Spaulding to build on what he had learned with My Backyard and released the EP "II". The four formed The Sequel and mixed in a Sublime style Ska with their classic/modern rock. After deciding to take a musical hiatus to join the United States Marine Corps, Daniel Wulz released "Something to remember me by". This collection of great tracks is sure to keep you hitting the replay button over and over.
