Studio musician, producer, Michael Gibson made The National Deans List and earned a Bachelor of Music Education Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University

studying trumpet and piano however, the guitar is his first love. Since then he has used his many talents creating fresh new sounds for jazz guitar. While at V.C.U. he worked with Ellis Marsallis and jazz band conductor Doug Richards while playing in the String Orchestra,

Jazz Orchestra II and the Symphonic Wind Ensemble. Post college days he played with bands such as Richmond International, Circuit Breakers and In The Pocket to name a few. His influences are Al Di Meola, Norman Brown, Mark Witfield, George Benson, Eddie Van Halen, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Joyce Cooling and Eric Johnson to name a few.
