"When I started writing for the EP, I found myself thinking about my friends and the situations we all found ourselves in over the course of 2013. So this EP is an open letter to my friends. If it has a theme it's this: if you feel out of your depth; if you feel like you can't cope, can't quit; if it seems impossible...you should know that not only do you have friends, but they want to help you."
