With his roots based in rock & metal, Sam played in bands excelling in the Guitar & Drums. At 18 he needed a new challenge, so took up DJing instantly falling in love with the scene. House music became a firm favourite, however he could not refuse the wonderful dirty sound of Electronica and all the forms it comes in. After many local clubs later, the fire inside to make music was burning strong, taking influences from Tech House, Electro & Progressive House, a home studio was made, and Gordon Star was born!

His progressive house anthem 'Take That' has been remixed into different genres. Already known 'Arby' brought a deep house feeling to his remix and also known 'Miguel Herrnandez' took it down underground with his tech house remix. There's definitely something for everyone on this release.
