Lil' Black is a rapper deluxe. Unquestionably and undeniably a talented songwriter with a unique delivery style, his energy and edgy style is on full display on every track he performs. Lil Black began to develop his style at an early age. His quest has taken him from performances with Master P and the No Limit family, Too $hort, MJG&Eightball, and most recently with the Kings of Rap Run DMC and many, many more. He has had two (2) records on the "Texas Artist Top 30 Countdown" with one of them being Song of the Year for 2000 as well as holding down the number one (No. 1) spot for five (5) straight weeks. Raised in Elgin, a small country town outside of Austin, Texas, he has created a reputation as an artist who cares passionately about his music and its presentation. On the album On the Road Again, the son of a preacher man has delivered an album full of infectious danceable tracks that at times borders on being almost to irresistible to listen to and not move your feet. With this offering being his fifth complete album, he has polished his vocal styling without losing the rawness that only the streets can breed.
